Franck JULLIÉPartnerAfter completing a rigorous two-year preparatory course in advanced mathematics followed by a Master's degree from ENSAE and Sorbonne University (Paris School of Economics), Franck became a recruitment consultant in the early 2000s, working in France and England.
This immersion in Anglo-Saxon culture and standards drove him to launch an international firm rooted in French culture which would build expertise for industrial companies in the defense and high-tech sectors.
His DNA: find the best talent for his clients, build trusting relationships with his clients and contribute to their lasting prosperity and success.
Aurélien RISTROPHSenior ConsultantAfter earning a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from ESSEC, Aurélien began his career with Groupe PSA at an automotive production plant.
After an early career in HR development for large groups, he decided to join the world of executive search consulting in 2008 with a rapidly growing French player in this field.
His interest in the defense sector, coupled with his experience in the direct approach recruitment of rare and targeted profiles in confidential environments, naturally led him to Elzéar Defense Executive, where he provides a tailored response to the needs of clients seeking strategic skill profiles.
Kérim SYLVESTREConsultantAfter completing a post-secondary literary preparatory course, Kérim studied philosophy, eventually taking a national exam to earn his teaching credentials. In addition, he earned a degree from the Sorbonne Business School in Paris, and landed his first recruiting job in the field of Artificial Intelligence. He joined Elzéar in 2018 with the goal of assisting clients and candidates in challenging missions.
Ségolène MARTINEZResearcherWith a degree in communications strategy from the Institut Français de Presse, Ségolène was introduced to the world of defense when she joined an alumni association in charge of coordinating and writing a prestigious journal. There, she met the financial, industrial, political and military decision-makers of major armament programmes.
In 2019 she joined Elzéar Defense, bringing bespoke direct approach recruiting services to an industry she knows inside and out.

Assessment interviews with identified candidates that go beyond professional skills to focus on finer details and soft skills
Creation of candidate files based on due diligence and referrals.
Coordination of candidate interviews with the various client representatives; professional references obtained for the finalist(s) and assistance provided during the final negotiation phase.
Contract signing support and follow-up of the newly hired candidate’s integration and development during the first year on the job.
Using this process, we are able to provide a candidate shortlist within four to six weeks on average.
The candidate files we provide to our clients give a detailed view of each individual’s career path coupled with our own analysis of his or her profile.
Throughout the search, we send a weekly progress report to our client.
